@bitprophet@social.coop @pradyunsg@mastodon.social @coderanger@cloudisland.nz @freakboy3742@cloudisland.nz every one of these that I have tried has *really* struggled on macOS 26, which seems to have totally rewritten the status item container & menubar code. Despite the acquisition, bartender itself has seen a ton of code changes to try to address this, and the behavior has changed a lot, but it is still definitely not good (it causes periodic big input lags, the bar display gets out of date). right now I am running vanilla.
