@mwk@donotsta.re she got functional legs. if she is not scared of outside (like my little boy) a leash should suffice, just to prevent bolting when startled in new surroundings. with that cute little harnish, not a collar ofc. there is no alternative to a silk choker for a cat girl. and unlike my little boy you can talk to her and convince her to come willingly. offering treats an pets is usually effective.
