i am extremely tempted to give this whole code base to some clanker and be like figure it out, but i still feel like it would just break stuff

@meowski@fluf.club Try it, you might be surprised (or not). I find they sometimes break stuff but you tell them and they figure out and fix their mistakes, but I've not worked on anything exceedingly complex.
