For meds I take every day, regularly, I have packs of tablets in all my bags, in different rooms, on my desk, so they're right there when I remember.

@AoifeGreenhamIllustrations@mastodon.ie Another thing I do when I remember is to say: "I'm about to take the tablets, I'm taking the tablets, I have taken the tablets" as on occasion (quite regularly) I've gone into the bathroom to take the tablets, but have in fact neglected to take them.
