It is. The entire UI being on it is why things like variable fonts with Fedora 38+ break usability for Chinese, Japanese and Korean Steam users. Here's a dropdown to change languages showing a small taste of that square nightmare:

@sanecito@infosec.town @barnibu@birdbutt.com it honestly sad because I would prefer a launcher that isn't contributing to spamming my RAM I did see there are some nice alternatives on Linux And some of them surpringsly also have a Windows build
