So I have definitely been learning a lot more about why the government is taking this approach,” she said. Maybe there's a time limit to comply in the Nicholas case? So they purport to want to get that narrow fix done in time and leave broader issues for later. Apparently Liberals are only able to explain things to members of caucus.
