@Harlander@writing.exchange @bruces@mastodon.social Told my dear highschool art teacher better other the @Harlander@writing.exchange story about ordering drinks with ChatGPT, and asked if she thinks AI is creating mass delusion. She said without hesitation "Na, they were already crazy." Which leads me back to my speculation, maybe it is the populism? I have also seen some work on mass stupidity outbreaks, and maybe AI is a new vector in a well primed social media environment. Anyway, I find the story credible, given the lawyers being disbarred.
