So ironic that a lot of the groups that write about how hard it is for americans to even put food on the table in current conditions are simultaneously always begging their readers for donations. Sure, I can’t buy a gallon of milk right now but I’ll sure as shit donate to your site! Wake up. If you are going to be for the labor class you have to be selfless. You have to be willing to fight for labor even when you get nothing in return, because the labor class has next to nothing to give. That’s the nature of capitalism. If you’re going to ask poor people for handouts just so you can write about their struggle from a comfy New York apartment you’re indistinguishable from a right wing grifter. #UsPol
