It’s odd. There’s long been a small subculture of gay men inflating their scrotums with saline and other substances. It’s always been a risky fetish for your health and no one qualified to do it safely is allowed to do it ethically. There are lots of stories of complications such as embolisms, and so it’s always been kind of on the down low. Now people are calling it ballmaxxing and suddenly it’s a moral panic that young men are doing this. Huh? Is it just that most people never heard of it before?
