I can appreciate some of XP's changes, but I still turned it off whenever I could. Thankfully scrollbars are still usually force-enable-able. Though it frequently causes UI issues due to changing the available width. What a world.

    @groxx@hachyderm.io @farshidhakimy@chaos.social @phl@mastodon.social @noheger@wien.rocks I successfully upgraded a 2006 macbook running LinuxMint a while back going through two major versions and a number of minor ones. It went remarkably well. One major advantage of upgrading is that you do not need to re-do all of the scroll bar fixes, stop them hiding, correct the scrolling behaviour and then go through various applications (browsers) that need their scroll bar settings changed. In XFCE these settings can still be changed. For now, at least.
