@marcoarment@mastodon.social - this has made my kid's school rock-concert-level performances so much more enjoyable. I can pick out individual instruments, voices. I still have very acute hearing and very high frequency range (14kHz), but beginning "old age" type voice processing difficulties in noisy, chatty environments. No more pain from high-quality, but far too loud speaker system. No more ringing in the ears for hours afterwards. I feel much less stressed, only realizing now that it's the loud in loud environments that stresses me out so much. Cast members say that the white with bling AirPods makes it easier to spot me in the audience from on-stage ;-/
