@rosaliewagner@typo.social we’re not looking for any type designer employees at the moment but just out of interest — what do you consider a part time setup that works for you as a parent? I’m a parent and run a foundry so just interested.

@thierryblancpain@typo.social my daughter is in daycare from 9 to 3pm, and ultimately I would need to pick her up twice a week. A good part time setup up (for my situation) would be a basis of 6h/day (30h/week) instead of 8, with some days being able to work an hour more and some days an hour less, and possibility of home office 1-2 times a week to save commuting time (it is easy to lose an hour in transport in Berlin). 24h/week would be better but I think the salary cut would be too big.
