@amapanda@en.osm.town The documentation for P21 would probably be your best bet. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property_talk:P21. And right, if that's the case, P21 would have a start time of the subjects birth date. Only if the subject had a different P21 value would multiple + start/end time apply, capturing those complexities (hopefully) gracefully.

@kevin@en.osm.town I'm sorry, but I've checked that P21 page and it backs up my point, and not yous. It starts off with “For human: male, female, non-binary, intersex, transgender female, transgender male, agender, etc”, this is what I said at the root the comment thread. I don't want to get involved in that sort of project. There are loads of dinosaur transphobic comments there too.
