@kevin@en.osm.town I tried to change a few genders to "cisgender female/male" and that was reverted saying that wasn't allowed.
So what you're describing ("we don't add it unless we know more") isn't how wiki data works IME. (I'm open to suggestions).

@kevin@en.osm.town I am aware that if lots of wiki data was changed to say "cisgender male" instead of "male", lots of apps would break. But that's because yous made a bad system, a bad data model.
