@econetwork@mas.to I never found out what happens. One problem was that the roots often were eaten (by mice?). The other problem could be the soil/climate/ humidity. My grandma had a big, very old plant in a region with fresher climate.
Or perhaps there's a hint what they like?

@NatureMC@mastodon.online @econetwork@mas.to I was given three Bleeding Heart transplants a few years ago. This is the lone survivor and thriver. I have no idea why the others didn't survive -- they were all next to one another and treated the same.
