@Hoonse@chaos.social I am not a lawyer and I don't know how that approach holds trial in court, but that's how all the ham radio shops are dealing with this issue

@hennichodernich@radiosocial.de ok i understand. But i think its easier with ham radio because it you get the ham licence you are allowed to make your own hardware. Ill read into that.
