@secretsloth@mastodon.art Honestly, it's like asking a milkman to make you a range of two dozen single malts and I'm tired of it. They'll deny you inhalers and antihistamines, and put you on statins instead. It's ludicrous. In fact it's lethal. Sure, we seem like we're aging prematurely, but they treat that like we've aged, rather than deal with the metabolic disruption, and that reminds me how primitive most GPs and medical training is. Five years and still no clue.

@secretsloth@mastodon.art There's reasons for this, the useless wellness community is a threat lurking within all privatised healthcare, useless protofascist shitheads with their nonce adjacent RFK style looks based exercise outlook and fuckwit diet strategies, the pharmaceutical companies mass profiteering on inhalers, but also, I think we have to face facts. That standard doctor training is pretty fucking basic, without being a specialist in metabolic disorders, they're almost no use.
