@mariusor@metalhead.club just nasofed, norizite etc, use a hypochlorous solution when I get back in. My masking is pretty serious anyway so I don't go overkill on sprays. Most of my life I'm alone and needing sudofed to breathe anyway. Longcovid made me allergic to just about the whole planet and we have Alder trees nearby and they kick the hell out of me, so there's always something that also annoys covid in my face anyway.
