@lina@vt.social Cool! I don't have any issues at the moment since I don't use anything besides my onboard audio. But glad I can give you some feedback for the package. ufal@haneoka ~> sudo proaudio-setup check [sudo] password for ufal: Checking kernel configuration: ✅️ Threaded IRQs enabled [threadirqs] ✅️ Tickless mode enabled [nohz_full=all] ✅️ Full preemption enabled [preempt=full] Checking IRQ configuration: ✅️ Audio device 0 HDA-Intel - HD-Audio Generic does not share IRQs with slow devices [56] ✅️ Audio device 1 HDA-Intel - HD-Audio Generic does not share IRQs with slow devices [57] ✅️ Default IRQ affinity avoids RT CPUs [0] ✅️ Real-time IRQ 56 (snd_hda_intel:card0) is on the real-time CPU [1] ✅️ Real-time IRQ 57 (snd_hda_intel:card1) is on the real-time CPU [1] ✅️ IRQ balancing avoids real-time CPUs [0,2] ✅️ IRQ balancing bans real-time IRQs [56,57] ✅️ Thread irq/56-snd_hda_intel:card0 (1075) for real-time IRQ has the correct priority [80] ✅️ Thread irq/57-snd_hda_intel:card1 (1077) for real-time IRQ has the correct priority [80] Checking user configuration: ℹ️ Logged-in user: ufal ✅️ User ufal is a member of the realtime group ufal@haneoka ~> sudo proaudio-setup apply Applying runtime settings... @ufal@misskey.id Awesome, I'm glad it works! Let me know if you notice any improvement (it automatically configures everything when you install the package, so that doesn't mean it was all good by default, it already did all the work!) Edit: Also I think you're the first person with a dual-core system. That's a special case so I'm glad it works too ^^
