In fact, I try to prove this constantly with the tools and solutions I develop. You already know fediseer, but there's also our instance's radical democracy, not to mention the federation of anarchist instances we're attempting. But it's all disregarded because it's easier to get righteously upset. I don't mind getting shit because we fucked up. We owned we fucked up already and posted very clearly what our actual stance is so that we can be held in account in the future. But I really mind people spreading disinfo after we explained how it's disinfo. And it particularly hurts to see other anarchists do it and call us liars to our face without evidence.

@db0@hachyderm.io You(r mod) fed a user's post history to an LLM in the course of a moderation action. That happened, and it's not disinfo to say so. Your new statement indicates that you're against LLM use in moderation. That's good, and I certainly hope that this incident has not created a permission structure for other instances to follow suit. If it does happen again, it won't be anarchists scrutinizing zionist trolls. We'll be the ones getting fed to the surveillance machine. When a moderator is using LLM in a moderation *context* and it is called an *experiment* by other moderators, everyone else considers that to be moderators using LLM when moderating. Holding on to the notion that it's not, doesn't come off as owning the mistake. It would help to admit it first, then move the conversation on.
