I used to be able to cook whenever I wanted to. Always loved to cook. Sometimes the body just doesn't cooperate these days. At times I find myself watching cooking competition shows and thinking about what I would've done on those. I've previously discussed that here with examples even.

There were times when I'd cook back in the days just because I wanted such a highly specific flavor profile from a dish that it'd be absurd to expect someone else to do it. It sucks when I have to settle 😔
