I really should be more impressed as a Flickr old school member that it has even survived, but what’s impressing now is how well it’s being maintained here in the present. I shouldn’t take for granted feeling confident that my content there will remain in a stable condition. It’s super-satisfying to find a static link I posted 10-15 years ago to a Flickr photo that’s still right where I left it. The cost of my pro account to me is the cost of maintaining this thing for everyone. And yes, especially NASA.
