@richardinsandy@c.im I've had gout on and off for 30 years or more. I'm 80 now. I quit drinking about 10 years ago and keep on a low purine diet. Colchicine gave me bad kidney tests numbers. Taking Allopurinol now w/no side effects, uric acid 5.4. No bad episodes for 10 years. As they say, diet and exercise :)
