@Wvlfsfrav@social.xenofem.me I think often about how the black dog that people often see when they're very sleep deprived and in a liminal state of waking parallels the old myths of the liminal goddess (esp Hekate) being associated with black dogs at the crossroads eating the corpses of executed thieves
