They can not function effectively amongst us and we've tried literally everything up to, and including, mass rape, murder, every single form of crime. It's a huge every growing turd, floating in the a fine well crafted fountain. It has to be cleaned out and nobody allowed to soil it again. As you stated there is not a single negative to erasing them from every single equation, only benefits, far as I see it.
