In Mexico you can have your drink in a bag, with a straw and nothing else.
I saw these being sold in Palermo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires with an added strap to hang around your neck and hold the bag, enabling hands-free drinking. It was sold as an overpriced novelty, as things often are in Palermo. :alexjonesheadache:
