Amidst current AI agents hype I’m struggling to understand why would anyone actually need one? How do you people utilize such agents? I’m struggling to find any actual use case. As a software engineer I do not usually write emails, for example in January I wrote 11 altogether running 3 separate companies. I do not need to have automated agents when I’m writing code, I’m completely fine running my linter after I’m done with work. There aren’t even enough tasks in Jira to wire it to Claude.
