@shantini@techhub.social It is cringe, but recruiters look away from LinkedIn profiles that don't have any post activity or are turned off from it :( It's the game youngsters with little corporate experience (I'm in that boat too) have to do to get noticed in the sea of AI résumés and cover letters.
