@vertigo @lproven I have three main projects, two of them in #RStats and amenable to GPU acceleration and one of them in #Forth on micro-controllers and FPGAs. I'm retired, so these *are* my day job, although most of my time these days is going to the Forth one. FPGAs are essentially 16-bit DSP chips for the Forth project, and the other two are already living in the 64-bit world and have been since 64-bit ARM hardware and Linux have become widespread, i.e., NVIDIA #Jetsons.
