Have you tried SIP in GNOME Calls?
It's been quite some time since I actively worked on that, but would appreciate knowing if it worked (and if not, where things broke down)

@devrtz@fosstodon.org this one? https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.gnome.Calls I haven't managed to connect it. Which service should i use to get VoIP calls? i have good experience with linphone, but it doesnt run on ARM
