The Red Hat/IBM C-suite are probably already prepping lawyers who can practice law in Denmark. Some judge is gonna have to yell at all the companies "Shut up you guys. You're all pretty. Now stop it."

Nobody but USA have that idiotic (and grossly unfair!) rule, so frivolous lawsuits is a much more expensive hobby, and wasting the courts time is not a good career move.
