Well now... Not as bad as expected, but not as good as hoped for... the waiting/negotiating game begins... Why does any local council expect anyone to establish a club for the general public to use, when it is the council's remit (isn't it?) to provide facilities for the community. Politicians? Pfffttt!!!! (and other less polite expressions).
