@marsiposa@social.coop @Hellybootwader@mastodon.scot I eat the young leaves in salads. They have a mild cucumber taste. I don’t pull the leaflets off. The more mature leaves are too tough to eat but if you cut them back it’ll keep growing ew young leaves
