@ebassi@mastodon.social @iain@kolektiva.social Publishing a Code of Conduct before building the community was essentially doing this on easy mode. Everyone joined the community with knowledge of what was expected of them. There's definitely a few aspects that seem quaint, such as getting people to PGP sign the code to show they agreed to it. It kind of made sense to a group who was majority Debian developers.
