@beardymcnerd@hachyderm.io I'm teetering on becoming a solar bore and it was only switched on yesterday. We've got 3 batteries and it's predicted we won't be buying power off the grid until something like October which I didn't believe but as we've not used any today since the batteries went over their 20% threshold it might not be that crazy.
I'm still amazed that the sunlight on our roof this morning boiled the kettle ran the tumble dryer and just made me an espresso.

@ely_peddler@hachyderm.io Yep, same. Our entire energy usage - heating, hot water, cooking, washing and using multiple computers & appliances for a whole day _and_ a short drive _all_ came from Solar. In April. 😮
