@tokyo_0@mas.to and then they have to have the blinking/bouncing down/scroll icons to tell you to scroll to see more, or read times, etc.... Just show the scrollbar, I can tell at a glance how long your content is then, and can see I need to scroll.

@zhaph@fosstodon.org @pertho@mastodon.bsd.cafe @tokyo_0@mas.to Which reminds me, remember when Firefox used to have a fixed, full width status bar at the bottom? That stayed put and you knew where to look if you needed the information it contained. Like Palemoon and Vivaldi still have? Just like scroll bars that stay put. The old Firefox status bar was replaced with a status thingy that pops up and down as things happen and then stop happening. Which in my case distracts me from what I am trying to do and disturbs my equanimity.
