The craziest things is motoring where road signs are by law in yards and miles Fuel efficiency is in miles per gallon But we buy fuel in litres and before you ask "how do we figure out ...?" We don't - we are always confused - and have been since we started going metric around 50 years ago - and then just never finished the transition. #metric #uk
