i need to find someone who is as into weird game categorization shit as i am because i'm trying to suss out the difference between "idle games" and "incremental games", and specifically what game(s) spawned the trend of incremental games on steam and in the process i'm building up a mental model that should just be a fucking blog post or presentation, and oh my god i need to sort my fucking health shit before i become a video essayist for real
