@db@social.lol there's so much between the lines here... it's not an judgement on someone's performance, but also not a cost-cutting exercise across the whole company! then what are you basing off who gets laid off?? particularly disheartening that they describe some laid off employees as high impact contributors that made the company as successful as they are now, but they didn't fall in line to use stochastic parrot, so they have to go. (I'm reading a bit into it, I know)
