  @beep@follow.ethanmarcotte.com @b_cavello@mastodon.publicinterest.town You know, that reminds me that something I've wanted to see for a while is a nationwide "Workers' Bill of Rights"; an outline of what makes an ethical workplace. Ideally, such a thing would be backed by federal law, but even now, a WBR pitched by major unions would help underscore that unionizing is about basic protections that should have been here all along, rather than the more piecemeal reactive approach. i.e. "this is what you deserve", not "justice is for troublemakers."
