@xerz@soc.masfloss.net @disorderlyf@todon.eu @bradr@infosec.exchange It's irrelevant now as it was repelled in 2018, but I think it's pretty clear in article 2 - see (https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-10927 ). BOTH off-grid and UPS systems were unaffected. That was also the understanding of every lawyer I've heard. I think a lot of confusion came from the wording: the law explicitly listed charges in off-grid systems ("sistemas eléctricos aislados") but it meant islands with its own power network, not off-grid homes.
