@jaystephens@mastodon.social @rauschma@fosstodon.org @geertaarts@mastodon.green I'm excited about it. We'd be teaming up for the good. It's building a society. I find this type of effort essential in the battle that's imminent, of keeping on communicating with humans. The bots are already fooling us. We didn't know it, but there was a weird 30-year period where we reached out to strangers on the internet, and engaged productively. It was the age of "I can't come to bed, somebody is wrong on the internet." Now we need to defend that ability. Don't argue with bots. Don't even listen to them. Hank Green did it just yesterday and — check the comments — everyone was surprised how good this bot was.
