News from the garden: the soil is alive! Did the first big weed and made micro green spring salad with some of what I pulled out—mostly radish sprouts, some parsley sprouts, a few sunflower sprouts, and lots of arugula and kale flowers! I tossed it with a pureed dressing of wild garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar and honey.
