I'm thinking of setting up an email list server, and the two top contenders are Sympa and GNU Mailman. I've used Sympa before, but never Mailman. Does anyone have any thoughts on Mailman?

I'm interested in lists that are from 10s to a few 1000 subscribers, and I'll need bounce processing. I also need to be able to easily create accounts for users so that they can set up their own lists.

@mrak@solarsystem.social we used mailman for obspy for a long time and it does its job. 👍
