@aeva@mastodon.gamedev.place Two of the big ones I see in the document are:
1) Prompting for a result means you are accepting the machine's interpretation of your prompt, instead of creating an expression yourself. (The prompt itself may be copyrightable, but not the output of the AI.)
2) AI prompt-and-response systems often produce different output for the same input, further diluting the idea that the human is actually in expressive control.
The part about the Jackson Pollock painting method is also interesting.
