The fix is in - again. It has also been pointed out they know that SCOTUS requires the census to include non-citizens. So he'll be forced to include all those imprisoned in his gulags, that's why they are located in Red States which will boost numbers in rural areas and decrease those of Blue States from which they were snatched. It also gives them an excuse to find where non-citizens are living. Imagine ICE "helping" with the census going from door to door... "Papers please!"
