@sunfish@hachyderm.io I know, I was just thinking through it for a specific example and arriving at the conclusion that if embedding PRNG+seed is fine for insecure random numbers, we probably don't need a built-in for them and reproducible/replay-able components probably should never touch the secure built-in.
