Why is it almost impossible to eat a #peanutbutter sandwich if it's just bread and peanut butter? It stick to the top of my mouth and is very difficult to chew and swallow. But if I add a little jam or a slice of banana - not even enough to cover the peanut butter - then everything flows smoothly. What is the cause of this strange phenomenon?
