You guys are awesome. You’ve taken a bunch of sand and made it do some amazing things. FOSS devs especially, you do this for the good of everyone for little benefit to yourselves. You all deserve a medal.

Except the ones that submit AI slop patches to projects without even understanding it or being upfront about it

FOSS devs especially, you do this for the good of everyone for little benefit to yourselves. I guarantee that most contributors who aren’t being paid are doing their commits out of spite, but I can definitely applaud them for being as vindictive as they are.
