@MatthewNewell@mastodon.social Oooooh. Hadn't thought of a giant paperclip. I'm effectively trying to replicate what Silca charges a tenner for, given that I don't think a bit of wire stuck on a small dowel is worth ten quid.

@ravenbait@mastodon.scot @MatthewNewell@mastodon.social I use some left over 12 gauge bare copper solid ground wire, bent into a u shape, one end bent like a handle. I hang cooling chains over the pot on s hooks also made from the same wire.
